Crews, equipment and material moved to the client's plant and worked to the site's own schedule — including live assets, shutdown windows and locations several hundred kilometres from base.
A ₹4.40 Cr rehabilitation of a live, saltwater finger jetty. Geeta acted as the central material-supply and technical authority — engineering the coating system, supplying 250+ tonnes of quartz-sand epoxy screed and coordinating multiple crews through a five-month campaign 900 km from base. Delivered within the Navy's stipulated schedule and client-certified by the Garrison Engineer.
Internal lining of the RCC treatment tanks at a 17 MLD municipal STP — waterproofed and corrosion-protected with an in-house formulated polymer-modified cementitious elastomeric waterproofing system, overcoated with an anti-corrosive protective coating offering UV stability. Client-certified and today in continuous municipal service — a validation of our in-house product line, not just applied third-party coatings.
Direct supply-and-apply vendor at a plant co-located within Century Pulp & Paper, Lalkuan, Uttarakhand — process tanks blast-cleaned to Sa 2.5 and lined with a three-coat, 300-micron epoxy system.
A second plant for the same OEM, co-located within the West Coast Paper Mill at Dandeli, Karnataka — mirroring the Lalkuan scope with tank surface preparation and epoxy lining for aggressive process service.
Internal abrasive blasting and protective coating of Asia's largest digester at Kinauni, Uttar Pradesh — 41 m diameter × 21 m height, 2 nos — to resist aggressive biogases and corrosion and extend the structural life of the asset.
Vinyl-ester Ceilcote lining of the gas scrubber line at the Raigarh integrated steel plant, Chhattisgarh, during a critical maintenance shutdown, working 24×7 — completed 8 days ahead of the approved 12-day schedule, with the client noting our professional acumen and quality-conscious execution.
