Grit blasting is a process by which abrasive

modify its surface properties.
Particles range from walnut shells (relatively soft), through various sands, to silicon carbide, alumina or emery particles, depending on the application. When metallic materials are put into corrosive environments, they tend to have chemical reactions with the air and/or water. The effects of corrosion become evident on the surfaces of these materials. For example, after putting the iron into a corrosive atmosphere for an extended period, the iron starts rusting due to oxygen interaction with water on the iron's surface. Therefore, metal equipment lacking any preventive (anti-corrosive) measures, may become rusted both inside and out, depending upon atmospheric conditions and how much of that equipment is exposed to the air. There are a number of methods for preventing corrosion, especially in marine applications. Anti-corrosion measures are of particular importance in environments where high humidity, mist, and salt are factors.

Epoxy & PU Coating Lining
Using solvent free Epoxy systems & Epoxy compatible glass cloth, we successfully executed more than 100000m2 area. The system provides more than 5 years of useable life. All the systems are tailormade. The lining provides excellent chemical resistance & hence can be used for Fermenters, Digestors, DM storage tanks , Effluent & Water Treatment Plants, Sewage lines, Petroleum Storage Tanks, Drinking Water Storage Tanks. We use PU coating as finishing product for the area which is exposed to Sun ( UV rays ) as PU has better stability then epoxy when exposed to UV rays. We have experience of using products of Araldite, Akzo Nobel

We carry out Epoxy / PU flooring for industries
We carry out Epoxy / PU flooring for industries. We start with treatment of surface using heavy duty cleaning machine as well oil burning machine whenever required. We apply solvent free Epoxy primer (100 % solids) to achieve perfect bonding with floor to be coated. Then we apply intermediate coat to provide structural stability, strength to the coating. Finally we apply finish coat of the colour as specified by the client.
